At the back of the room is the breaker panel for all the new electric service. The electrical service is backed up by a eight KW propane generator which is located on the roof.

There is a suite located at the front of the house are two rooms with a large bath with closets. Off the landscaped pathway to the back of the yard are the five additional bedrooms with on suite baths. All of these rooms have their own mini split air conditioner.

Just before the pool is the covered outdoor kitchen area. Here we have two ceiling fans (a total of thirteen in the home). The large tiled island has storage place below and space for six guests for breakfast or drinks. The kitchen is equipped with 36” gas stove, refrigerator, and a propane gas grill. A large pantry with a locking door makes up the kitchen. The pantry door doubles to hold bottles of liquor and wine.

Located in the area is a half bath and storage laundry room. This room contains the water filtration and pressure system.

So run it as a B & B or use it for a large private home or a cooperate retreat. It is easy to attend the many cultural events of the city….symphonies ….opera…etc.

The Mayan ruins are located within the city, but the most spectacular are only a short drive in any direction to Uxmal, Izamal. The Gulf of Mexico beaches and cenotes are also close by to enjoy.
